Everyone loves big machinery, and you will be able to watch your backyard take the shape of your new swimming pool right before your eyes. PRE-PLUMBING & PRE-ELECTRICAL

Before the first drop of water enters your new oasis, a crucial step takes place beneath the surface – the pre-plumbing & electrical process. This behind-the-scenes work lays the foundation for efficient water circulation, filtration, and maintenance of your swimming pool.

Our skilled team meticulously plans and executes the pre-plumbing phase, ensuring every pipe, valve, and connection is strategically positioned for optimal performance. From the main drains to the skimmers, return lines to the equipment pad, each component is carefully integrated into the pool’s design to maximize functionality and longevity this process takes approximately 2 days.

STEP 5

GUNITE

The gunite process involves spraying a mixture of cement, sand, additives, and water onto a steel framework to create the pool’s structure. It’s a durable and versatile method, allowing for precise shaping and detailing to match design specifications. Once cured, the pool’s surface is finished for aesthetics and durability.

Gunite process is known for its strength, versatility, and ability to accommodate various shapes and designs, making it a best choice for both residential and commercial swimming pool construction. A gunite pool can provide years of enjoyment and relaxation for homeowners and their families.

Often poured in place or precast, concrete coping offers versatility in design and can be customized to match the pool’s aesthetic.

Materials like travertine, limestone, and granite provide a timeless, elegant look and are durable enough to withstand pool water and weather exposure.

Brick coping offers a classic and rustic appearance, complementing traditional or rustic pool designs.

Interlocking concrete or stone pavers create a uniform, seamless look around the pool and are available in a wide range of colors and patterns.

Manufactured coping made from materials like cast stone or precast concrete offers consistent quality and easy installation.

Coping serves several important functions, including:
Coping helps prevent water from seeping into the pool structure, reducing the risk of damage and preserving the integrity of the pool.
Coping provides a smooth, rounded edge around the pool perimeter, minimizing the risk of injury from sharp edges or rough surfaces.
Coping adds visual interest to the pool area, enhancing its overall appearance and contributing to the design theme of the landscape.
Overall, swimming pool coping plays a vital role in both the functionality and aesthetics of a pool, providing a finished edge that enhances safety, durability, and visual appeal.

STEP 9

CHEMICAL SET UP

The initial chemical setup of your swimming pool sets the foundation for crystal-clear, balanced water that’s inviting and safe for swimming. Our expert technicians begin by carefully testing the water to assess its current chemical levels and identify any imbalances, This typically includes:

Chlorine or bromine is added to kill bacteria, viruses, and other harmful contaminants, ensuring the water remains clean and safe for swimmers.
pH levels are carefully adjusted to the ideal range (typically between 7.2 and 7.6) to prevent skin and eye irritation and optimize the effectiveness of other chemicals.
Alkalinity acts as a buffer, helping to stabilize pH levels and prevent rapid fluctuations. We adjust alkalinity to the appropriate range (typically 80-120 ppm) for balanced water chemistry.
Calcium hardness levels are adjusted to prevent corrosion of pool surfaces and equipment, as well as scale buildup. The ideal range varies depending on factors such as water source and pool material.
Cyanuric acid (CYA) is added to stabilize chlorine levels and protect them from degradation due to UV exposure from sunlight.

Once the initial chemicals are added, we carefully monitor the water and make any necessary adjustments to ensure that all parameters remain within the optimal range. This may involve additional chemical treatments or fine-tuning of dosages based on ongoing testing.

Our goal is to create a perfectly balanced swimming environment that’s not only safe and comfortable for swimmers but also minimizes the need for ongoing chemical adjustments. With our expertise and dedication to quality, you can trust that your pool’s initial chemical setup will lay the groundwork for many seasons of enjoyment.
